Majored in English at Kyoto Junior Collage of Foreign Languages (Kyoto, Japan) , Film Theory at the Collage of Staten Island of City University of New York (USA), and Sound Engineering & Music Business at the Institute of Audio Research (New York, USA).

Lived in New York from 1990 to 2004. 
I have joined the CAVE Art Space / The Cave Organization , Inc (Brooklyn . NY) since 1996.

I have collaborated with dance performers , film makers , painters and musicians until now.
Now I supervise the social art-performance-activity-project "Chromasonus" based in Tokyo.

In 2005 I have joined in Ryuichi Sakamoto's "Stop-Rokkasho ( http://stop-rokkasho.org/ ) etc. Please check "Activity (English)" with my activites.

CHROMASONUS

"Chroma" means "density of the color"

"Sonus" means "the sound".

The color and the sound give us a tremendous effect to live.

Our behavior is controlled by the mixture of the color and the sound.

When we deeply analyze its mixture, we can understand that it contains undistinguishable elements.

We can also say "the Color" and "the Sound" are "the Word".

Now we should ask ourselves that we tend to forget "unreachable voices to everybody" are contained in the united color and sound.

I think the united thing is our society, our creative activities from our dairy lives, and real "ART".

"ART" is NOT a special act.

The motive for "ART" is in our society.

We have to return "ART" as the WORK to our society.

"Chromasonus" is the work of "the sound + α"

- the action for our essence of being.
